OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
At Atlas Pearls, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange if you change your mind on most full price and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:
- Online (Australia/New Zealand): 14 days from date of delivery
- Online (International): 30 days from date of delivery.
Merchandise returned due to change of mind within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
- The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact and original packaging.
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

Method of Postage
We will always post your online order via express post with tracking and signature on delivery. We recommend using the same method when returning items as Atlas pearls cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
*Saleable condition is determined through assessment by Atlas Pearls only. Item may not be worn or damaged in any way, and must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.
All Atlas Pearls jewellery is covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
All items are assessed by an independent jeweller to determine the cause. In the event it is deemed a manufacturing issue Atlas Pearls will replace or refund the item.
