Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post. Please note orders placed outside working hours and on the weekends will be processed the next business day.

Customers have the following options for shipping:

• Pick up in store : available only to Perth based customers as collection is from our Claremont Head Office.
• Use your own courier service : we will contact you for the details and to arrange pick up.
• Australia Post Express Post : price of postage is calculated at checkout.
• Australia Post Courier Post : price of postage is calculated at checkout.

Once a package has been dispatched to Australia Post we are unable to change or re-direct the delivery address. All inquiries regarding delivery should be directed to Australia Post.
